During 2020, we will be holding monthly seminars to help you make changes to live life well. We believe lifestyle changes should be made one step at a time to help ensure sustainability and true change. Each month there will be a new topic about healthy habits and ways to implement them into your life. Our hope is that you will benefit from the group setting with hearing different points of view, ideas and challenges. There will be support, community and accountability.
